Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team.
Salary: Depending on experience
Candidate should be able to speak in Arabic

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Guest Services (Check-in/Check-out): Welcoming guests, verifying reservations, registering guests, allocating rooms, handing out keys, and handling final billing and payments (cash/credit).
Reservations Management: Taking, amending, and canceling bookings via phone, email, or in-person, often using specialized property management software.
Communication Hub: Answering inquiries about hotel facilities, local transport, and attractions, and operating the telephone switchboard.
Guest Liaison: Responding to special requests (e.g., wake-up calls, taxis) and handling complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks: Maintaining an organized front desk, managing mail, updating records, and running daily reports.
Security and Safety: Monitoring the entrance, verifying guest identities, and following emergency protocols.
Sales and Promotion: Promoting hotel services, such as restaurants, spas, or room upgrades, to maximize revenue.
Coordination: Liaising with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready and issues are resolved.
