Synergy International Academy, a prestigious institution based in London, United Kingdom, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the region, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving enrollment growth for our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business plans to promote the academy’s educational programs.
Identify and engage with potential partners, institutions, and students.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Manage leads, follow up with inquiries, and convert prospects into enrollments.
Represent the academy at networking events, seminars, and educational fairs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and reach target audiences effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in the education sector).
Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
Must be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate.
