We're opening new specialty coffee cafés in Jeddah and are looking for an experienced Café Supervisor to lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Please note: this role is for café operations specifically, not restaurant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily café operations and keep every shift running smoothly
- Lead, train, and motivate baristas and front-of-house staff
- Maintain high standards of coffee quality, service, and presentation
- Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports
- Monitor inventory, place stock orders, and control waste
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and municipality standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Café Supervisor or Senior Barista in a coffee shop
- Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks and coffee equipment
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must currently be residing in Jeddah
