Answer inbound calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, product information, and support issues.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
Respond to customer emails and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure consistent and efficient customer service delivery.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
Proficiency in computer and typing skills.
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
