Description

We are looking for a Fresh Call Centre Representative to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy communicating with customers and are eager to start a career in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system
Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns
Follow up on customer queries and ensure timely resolutions
Meet performance targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to improve service and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
Fresh graduate or high school diploma
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work under pressure
Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in a call center or customer service is a plus but not required
