Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the service team to maintain high service standards.
Greet guests warmly, manage seating arrangements, and ensure prompt service.
Provide menu guidance, take accurate orders, and oversee timely food and beverage service.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally and efficiently.
Train and mentor waitstaff to enhance service quality.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Handle payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience as a Captain Waiter, Head Waiter, or Senior Waitstaff in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
