We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter & Furniture Maker to join our team as a Workshop Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of woodworking principles and extensive experience in furniture production.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the construction and assembly of furniture and wood products.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for production.
Conduct site measurements and installations with precision.
Ensure quality control in assembly and adherence to project timelines.
Perform routine maintenance on workshop equipment and tools.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a carpentry or furniture workshop.
Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to work independently and lead a team.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and craftsmanship.
