Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Carpentry Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations, manage skilled carpenters, and ensure high-quality furniture production.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in carpentry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to meet project deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate carpentry workshop activities

Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with standards

Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Manage materials, tools, and workforce efficiently

Ensure workplace safety and proper maintenance of equipment

Coordinate with management on project timelines and delivery

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role (preferably in Bahrain or GCC)

Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing and carpentry techniques

Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects

Good communication and organizational skills

Knowledge of workshop safety standards
