We are seeking a talented and experienced Catering Chef to join our culinary team. As a Catering Chef, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional culinary experiences for our clients and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
Plan and execute menus for catering events, considering client preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal ingredients.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards.
Lead and supervise a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
Coordinate with event planners and clients to understand their needs and make menu recommendations.
Maintain inventory of ingredients, ensuring freshness and availability for upcoming events.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef in a catering or banquet kitchen.
Proven expertise in planning and executing menus for events of various sizes and types.
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of different cooking techniques and cuisines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and delicious dishes.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
