Requirements:

• Relevant experience in catering / project operations.
• Strong management and supervision skills.
• Knowledge of food preparation and safety regulations.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve issues professionally.
• Preferred immediate Joining.
• Iqama should be valid and Transferrable.
• Age between 25 to 35
• Willing to work in shifts.

Duties:

• Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements in terms of food, beverage, and service
• Ensure all food and drink items are prepared in a timely manner and to the client’s satisfaction
• Manage the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
• Ensure all health and safety standards are upheld in food preparation and serving
• Recruit, train and supervise staff to ensure they provide excellent service
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding food quality or service
