We’re looking for a talented Catering Manager to lead our restaurant’s catering services and manage events of all types! Whether it’s a corporate lunch, intimate dinner or large-scale celebration, your expertise will be at the heart of every event we cater.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all catering events, from planning to execution.
- Develop customized event menus tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service staff, and vendors to ensure seamless event operations.
- Maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle event logistics, including staffing, timelines, and setup/breakdown.
- Manage budgets and ensure events stay within financial parameters.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Supervise and train catering staff to ensure top-level performance.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Catering Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of event planning, catering operations, and customer service.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A passion for food and hospitality, with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend events.
