Qualifications Required:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position as a Catering Manager.

Experience in Saudi Arabia is a must, with a strong understanding of local catering standards and client preferences.

Proven track record of managing high-paced operations in high-level restaurants, hotels, or event catering environments.

Excellent leadership and team management skills to oversee catering staff and ensure top-notch service.

Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage events, menus, and logistics efficiently.

Outstanding communication and client relationship management skills.
