We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our catering operations, including menu planning, cost control, and client handling. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Catering Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of menu planning, cost control, and event coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all catering operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Develop and plan menus, considering client preferences and dietary requirements.
Manage cost control and budgeting to ensure profitability.
Handle client inquiries, provide quotes, and assist with event planning.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Train, supervise, and motivate catering staff to maintain high performance levels.
