Description
we are looking for Catering Project Manager for Remote Camp in Eastern Provinse : the below duties and responsibilities are :
Organizing and supervising the work of the catering team to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner & Oversee day-to-day catering operations.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and other food preparation areas.
Controlling budgets and minimizing expenditure by efficiently managing resources.
Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
It is a must to have food cost knowledge
Control the daily mandays count as per the camp occupancy
Conducting regular inventory checks and ordering supplies as necessary
Training, and managing staff to provide high-quality service
Planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the catering business
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in catering or food service management is required, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
