Job Description:
Receive, verify, and process online meal orders accurately.
Coordinate with kitchen, packing, and delivery teams to ensure timely order preparation and dispatch.
Monitor order status and ensure customer requirements are properly followed.
Maintain accurate records of daily meal orders and service activities.
Handle order changes, special requests, and service issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
Report operational issues and delays to the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant experience in catering, hospitality, food service, or meal-order operations.
Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Basic computer and online order management skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders and work efficiently under pressure.
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
