We are looking for a skilled IT Support cum CCTV Technician with basic networking knowledge to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems, access points along with providing basic IT and network support when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain CCTV systems (IP cameras)

Configure NVRs/DVRs and remote monitoring systems

Troubleshoot CCTV connectivity and performance issues

Perform basic network setup (routers, switches, access points & IP configuration)

Provide basic IT support for office computers and peripherals

Assist in system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Ensure proper documentation of installations and configurations

Requirements:

Experience in CCTV installation and configuration

Basic knowledge of networking (IP addressing, routers, switches)

Basic IT support skills (Windows, printers, troubleshooting)

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues

Good communication and teamwork skills

Transferrable Visa

Valid driving license preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in IT, Networking, or Electronics

Experience with brands such as Hikvision, Dahua or any similar brands
