Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot and repair CCTV equipment and systems.
• Conduct site surveys, plan and perform installations of various CCTV systems and equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance on surveillance cameras and systems, including backups and software updates.
• Diagnose and repair faults in cameras, cable, lens and other components.
• Work with clients to design, develop and implement customized CCTV solutions.
• Train clients on the installation and use of CCTV systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new CCTV technologies and equipment.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a CCTV installation and maintenance role.
• Strong understanding of CCTV technology, equipment and systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair faults in cameras, cable, lens and other components.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients directly.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites.
• Must be fluent in both Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
