We are establishing a central kitchen to supply a food display outlet with a variety of ready-to-serve meals. We are looking for a versatile and creative chef who is skilled in preparing dishes from multiple international cuisines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop meals from diverse cuisines:

Arabic Asian Japanese American Italian Indian and more.

Design innovative and appealing menus suitable for ready-to-display meals.

Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all dishes.

Ensure hygiene, safety, and efficiency in kitchen operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in multi-cuisine kitchens or hotels.

Ability to independently prepare a wide range of dishes with flexibility.

Knowledge of food storage, safety, and preparation for retail display.

Passion for culinary innovation and experimentation.
