Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef with expertise in Indian and International cuisines to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring food presentation meets hotel standards, and maintaining hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present a variety of Indian and International dishes to the highest standards.

Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all meals served.

Supervise kitchen staff and assist in training and development.

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of kitchen and storage areas.

Monitor inventory, control wastage, and assist in ordering supplies.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, food safety, and HACCP standards.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef or F&B Manager to develop new menu items and seasonal specials.

Maintain professional grooming and conduct at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hotel kitchen experience (preferably in 4 or 5-star establishments).

Strong knowledge of Indian and International cuisine preparation techniques.

Culinary Diploma or equivalent certification preferred.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and team spirit.
