Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting (minimum 8–10 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation
Expertise in food and beverage pairing
Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Experience in menu planning and costing
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Creative and passionate about cooking
