Key Responsibilities:

Assist the chef in daily kitchen operations
Prepare ingredients (cutting, cleaning, portioning)
Follow recipes accurately and consistently
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Support cooking and plating when required
Organize stock and ensure proper food storage

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant
Ability to read and follow recipes precisely
Excellent knife skills (fast, clean, and precise cutting)
Basic cooking knowledge
Ability to work under pressure and in a team
Punctual, organized, and professional
