Responsibilities of a food truck chef
Cooking and food prep: Preparing food items like burgers, chicken, and fries according to recipes, as well as assembling and packing them for customers.
Customer service: Taking orders from customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Kitchen maintenance: Cleaning all kitchen equipment and dishes, as well as the overall food truck.
Food safety: Adhering to all food hygiene and safety regulations to prevent contamination.
Skills and qualities
