Hiring Chemical Lab Manager for reputed organization in Eastern region. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chemical Lab Manager to lead our laboratory operations and ensure high standards of testing, analysis, and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the chemical laboratory, including staff supervision, workflow management, and safety compliance.

Manage chemical inventories and procurement of lab supplies.

Coordinate and lead analytical testing, R&D, and quality control processes.

Train, mentor, and evaluate lab personnel.

Maintain accurate records, prepare technical reports, and present findings to management.

Reaching timely targets and follow up with the clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of laboratory experience, with hand full experience in supervisory or management role.

Strong understanding of chemical safety protocols and laboratory best practices.

Experience in [industry - Oil and Gas, Water].

Knowledge of ISO standards.
