Job Purpose:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) holds the highest-ranking executive role in the organization, responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision. The CEO drives overall business growth, ensures operational excellence, and guarantees compliance with regulatory frameworks. Preference will be given to candidates with proven leadership in the fields of medicine, pharmaceuticals, and health-related products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor organizational performance and provide regular reports to the Board of Directors.

• Cultivate partnerships and strategic alliances within the pharmaceutical and medical sectors.
• Represent the company in industry forums, government relations, and public engagements.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and investment decisions.
• Drive innovation in product development and market expansion—especially in the pharmaceutical space.
• Guide the company through transformational growth, including mergers, acquisitions, or global scaling.

Qualifications & Experience:

Requirement Details
Experience Minimum 10 years in senior administrative or executive roles.
Strategic Expertise Demonstrated ability in corporate planning, business development, and market strategy.
Regulatory Knowledge Proven track record in managing compliance with industry regulations, systems, and governance.
Preferred Sector Background Experience in medicine, pharmaceuticals, or health-related consumer products.
Education Advanced degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA/PharmD/MD is a plus).
