Description
A leading company in the Food & Beverage sector is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy and support sustainable business growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role within the F&B industry
Currently based in Bahrain
Strong expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and cost control
Proven experience dealing with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
Strategic mindset with hands-on operational understanding
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy
Oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial risks
Drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives
Ensure full compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
Support management in investment and expansion decisions
Lead and develop the finance team
