Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and oversee all aspects of our HR function. The ideal candidate must be currently based in Bahrain, available for immediate joining, and possess strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and local HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Lead organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives
Ensure full compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and regulatory requirements
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
Advise executive leadership on HR policies, succession planning, and organizational structure
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll frameworks
Foster a positive workplace culture and drive employee satisfaction initiatives
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Lead HR digital transformation and process improvements
Requirements
Proven experience as a CHRO, HR Director, or similar senior HR leadership role
Must be currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 10–15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Experience in policy development and organizational restructuring
Preferred Qualifications
Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM)
Experience working in multinational or large-scale organizations
Strong stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities
