Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chocolate Maker/Chocolatier to join our growing company.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in crafting high-quality chocolates and confections, with strong attention to detail and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and produce a variety of chocolates and chocolate-based products
Develop new recipes and innovative flavor combinations
Temper chocolate and ensure proper handling techniques
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
Work collaboratively with the production team

Requirements:

Proven experience as a chocolatier or chocolate maker
Knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, and decorating techniques
Creativity and passion for confectionery arts
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Culinary certification is a plus
