Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil construction and proven leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction works
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate with the Main Contractor and Subcontractor, Suppliers and Client
Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
Interpret and implement construction plans and specification
Requirements:
Maximum of 3-5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and techniques
