We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations and cleaning staff.
- Have in-depth knowledge of cleaning tools, equipment, chemicals, detergents, and other materials used in professional cleaning services.
- Understand the correct use, dilution, handling, and storage of cleaning chemicals for different surfaces and applications.
- Identify the appropriate cleaning methods, tools, and materials for residential, commercial, and other facilities.
- Train cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment handling, chemical safety, and hygiene standards.
- Inspect completed jobs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor cleaning materials and stock levels and manage the efficient use of supplies.
- Handle customer requirements, resolve service-related issues, and coordinate job assignments.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and chemical-handling guidelines.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong practical knowledge of professional cleaning chemicals, tools, machines, and materials.
- Ability to distinguish suitable cleaning products and methods for different surfaces and types of dirt.
- Good team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train staff and maintain service quality standards.
- Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
- Transferable Iqama preferred.
