Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead and manage our cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be able to inspect sites, provide quotations, determine the suitable cleaning methods, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect sites and provide accurate cleaning quotations.

Decide on appropriate cleaning methods (deep, regular, specialized).

Supervise the use of cleaning machines (floor polisher, pressure washer, vacuum, sofa/mattress cleaner, etc.).

Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and materials.

Lead, motivate, and supervise the cleaning team to deliver tasks efficiently.

Prepare weekly reports and submit expense invoices to management.

Communicate effectively with clients and management.

Requirements:

Previous experience in cleaning supervision.

Strong knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials.

Leadership and team management skills.

Good communication skills.

English proficiency in speaking, writing
