We are currently hiring Cleaning Supervisors to join our team in Riyadh. Candidates must meet the following requirements and be available for immediate joining.

Requirements

Transferable and valid Iqama
Available to join within one week
Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the GCC
Experience in the following is required:
Metro stations
Airports
Hospitals
High-rise buildings
Industrial cleaning
Shopping malls
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Open to all nationalities
Salary & Benefits
Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3000 (based on experience)
Working Hours: 12 hours (including 1-hour break)
Weekly Off: Friday

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage cleaning operations to ensure high standards
Implement and improve cleaning procedures and processes
Manage team scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
Conduct inspections and quality audits
Handle vendor coordination and service delivery
Stay updated with industry best practices
Address client concerns professionally and promptly
