Description
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Team Leader/Supervisor to lead our residential and commercial cleaning operations.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in professional cleaning services.
Experience supervising cleaning teams and managing job sites.
Good knowledge of deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, office cleaning, villa cleaning, and floor care.
Ability to train, guide, and motivate cleaning staff.
Familiar with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
Basic English communication skills and Arabic is a must.
Valid driving licence is preferred.
Honest, responsible, well-organized, and customer-oriented.
Applicants with experience in professional cleaning companies are highly preferred.
