Description
We’re looking for a Veterinary Operations & Client Relations Manager to join our growing team and support veterinary clinics across Bahrain.
This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who blends clinical insight, operational leadership, and a passion for client care. You’ll manage internal processes, lead a small team, and build long-term partnerships with clinics across the Kingdom.

Veterinary Operations & Client Relations Manager
Location: Bahrain (field and office-based responsibilities)
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for veterinary clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinics and veterinary professionals
• Provide clinical insight, product guidance, and technical support during in-clinic visits
• Oversee account records, invoicing, and client communications
• Coordinate customs clearance, inventory, and delivery logistics
• Lead a small internal team and ensure smooth operational flow
• Monitor market trends and client feedback to inform internal strategy
• Maintain high standards of service and follow-through
Requirements
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent (required)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in veterinary practice, sales, or operations
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships
• Experience managing or mentoring a small team (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Valid Bahrain driving license
