Expertise Company is looking for a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machines and industrial equipment, ensuring maximum machine availability, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on CNC machines and industrial equipment

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation

Maintain critical spare parts inventory to minimize equipment downtime

Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and carry out corrective maintenance

Maintain accurate maintenance records, machine history, and spare parts documentation

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSE policies and company standards

Requirements

ITI Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field

Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Physically fit to handle maintenance activities involving industrial equipment

Preferred Experience

Hands-on experience in the maintenance of:
CNC Roll Forming Machines
CNC Laser Cutting Machines
CNC Shearing Machines
CNC Press Brake Machines
Iron Worker Machines
CNC Routing Machines
Hydraulic Press Machines
Portable Handheld Tools and other industrial equipment
