Key Responsibilities:
• Set up CNC machines by loading CNC programs, setting work offsets (G54-G59), tool geometry, and tool height offsets.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools (micrometres, vernier callipers, bore gauges, thread pitch gauges, dial indicators) to ensure
compliance with specifications.
• Knowledge of reading and understanding technical drawings and circuit diagrams
• Set up, calibrate, and operate manual engine lathes, heavy-duty turning lathes, and turret lathes.

• Calculate cutting speeds, feed rates, depth of cut, and coolant flows based on material properties (e.g., carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steels, bronze).
• Edit CNC G-code and M-code programs at the machine controller (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or Haas) to optimize
• Mount fixtures, vices, jaw chucks, and load raw material stock securely onto machine tables/spindles.
