We are looking for an experienced Commercial Appliances Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge and hands on experience in commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial appliances maintenance and repair
Educational background or technical certification related to refrigeration, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
Strong knowledge of cooling systems including chillers, freezers, refrigerators and compressors.
Experience working with commercial kitchen equipment and appliances
Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults accurately
Knowledge of refrigerant systems, gas charging, and compressor troubleshooting
Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
Experience with installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial equipment
Good problem solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure

Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment
Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently
Replace faulty parts and components when necessary
Report technical findings and maintenance updates to management
Respond to service calls and customer support requests

Preferred Experience:
Experience with restaurant, hotel, supermarket, or industrial kitchen equipment
Knowledge of ice machines, display chillers, bakery equipment, and stainless steel kitchen systems
Familiarity with different commercial appliance brands and models
