We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
The Commercial Director will be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas, driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships and ensuring the overall profitability of the business.
Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
2. Lead the sales, events, marketing and revenue teams to drive sales and increase market share.
3. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients and partners.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
6. Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
7. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the resort and build brand awareness.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in a senior commercial role within the luxury hotel enviroment.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
