Key Responsibilities:

1. It is imperative to enforce the applicable policies and regulations in the country of domicile, particularly regarding the matters of letters and notice evaluation, contract negotiation, variations & claim management and dispute resolution pertaining to projects.

2. More than 10 years of experience in project business, cost management, and contract management, familiar with project bidding and procurement, contract negotiation, contract and business letter drafting, and change claim management.

3. Having the big project experience (Big project with contract amount more than 100 million USD) in GCC countries, as the manager or similar to handle commercial issues and contracts.

4. Identify and control project risks, analyze commercial issues and potentials in progress, provide claim strategies and provide constructive suggestions, prepare claim reports and arbitration expert reports. Properly handle schedule and cost claims, arbitration, disputes and other matters. Facilitate dispute resolution.

Job Qualifications:

1. Working Experience: more than 15 years.
2. Possess a bachelor's degree or above in Legal background or Civil Engineering, candidates with local legal qualification certificate, PMP certificates are preferred.
3. Member of MRICS or MClarb is preferred.
4. Familiar with engineering-related laws and judicial practices in Saudi Arabia, expert in the contract framework and management process of Saudi engineering, fully competent at handling various engineering disputes.
5. Demonstrates excellent professional ethics and integrity, exhibits diligence and attention to detail in work. Possesses sharp thinking, quick learning, and outstanding adaptability. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong coordination abilities.
6. Proficiency in English, knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
