Description
Job responsibilities:
Responsible for the project business contracting overall management;
Responsible for the assessment and evaluation of the labour team;
Responsible for the project business planning and cost analysis;
To assist to complete the labour and professional subcontracting bidding;
Other assignments.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, engineering cost or related majors;
Over 8 years of work experience in the same position in large enterprises, over 5 years of work experience in the housing construction field;
Familiar with bidding, pre-settlement and other workflow, at least completed 2 projects;
Strong organisational, communication and negotiation skills.
Preference: Aramco projects experience; Chinese company experience.
