Experience required: 10 - 15 years as Commercial Manager in construction companies / contractors in Saudi Arabia or in any GCC countries.

Responsibilities:

• Submitting the company pre-qualification documents to the clients portals and getting approvals for vendor codes.

• Select and manage relationships with main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Communication with main contractors to get the RFQs/RFPs and complete the process of bidding to get the subcontracts in the construction industry.

• Negotiating and managing contracts and subcontracts with clients, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

• Identify and mitigate commercial risks associated with projects.

• Preparing & submitting the monthly invoices and collecting the invoice amounts from clients.

• Preparing and getting approvals from clients for variation orders of scope changes.
