Description
We are seeking a commis pastry chef to join our team. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Manage the pastry section, working closely with executive and sous chefs
Ensure smooth running of the pastry section and maintain high hygiene standards
Create high-quality pastries, baked goods, and confections to standardized recipes
Decorate pastries and desserts for beautiful and delicious presentation
Monitor ingredient stock and order supplies as needed
Supervise and train team members as required
Salary range BD 200-250
Candidates should have previous experience as a Commis Pastry Chef or Chef de Partie or equivalent, strong baking and pastry skills, and a commitment to excellence.
