We are seeking a skilled Computer & Laptop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate shall have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience in hardware and software repair, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and applications.
Perform upgrades, maintenance, and preventive checks.
Troubleshoot hardware/software/network-related issues.
Provide technical support to customers in person and remotely.

Requirements:

Experience in computer and laptop repair (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
Knowledge of Windows, antivirus, and basic networking.
Good communication and customer service skills.
