About the Role:

We are seeking a Construction Manager with strong experience in Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical works. The ideal candidate is hands-on, versatile, and able to manage diverse projects from start to finish, including both technical and managerial aspects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical works.
• Handle communication with clients, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Prepare schedules and progress reports.
• Monitor costs, contracts, and ensure quality standards.
• Prepare estimations and technical proposals for projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
• 7–12 years of experience in construction projects (preferably with small/medium contractors).
• Proven ability to work across multiple disciplines (MEP + Civil).
• Strong knowledge of MS Project/Primavera.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
