We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager (CM) or Project Manager (PM) to lead high-rise residential projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring 15–20 years of proven experience, strong technical credentials, and a track record of successful delivery in complex construction environments.

Qualifications & Preferences

Minimum 15–20 years of experience in construction project management

Certified Civil Engineer (valid certification required)

Demonstrated experience in high-rise apartment construction (7 floors or higher)

Prior involvement in Saudi government-commissioned projects is strongly preferred

Strong leadership, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills

Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to handover

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government entities

Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes and regulatory standards

Manage budgets, schedules, and quality control

Lead site teams and ensure safety and performance targets are met
