We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team for oil & gas projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring project delivery within schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all construction activities on-site
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulations
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets
Resolve technical and operational issues during construction
Prepare reports and updates for senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in construction, preferably in oil & gas projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC (preferred)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
