Job Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from mobilization through completion, ensuring that works are executed safely, efficiently, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage overall construction activities and day-to-day site operations.
* Plan, coordinate, and monitor civil, infrastructure, road, asphalt, and structural works.
* Ensure projects are completed according to approved schedules and budgets.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
* Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and project requirements.
* Supervise and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.
* Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
* Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and approved inspection procedures.
* Coordinate with the HSE team to maintain safe working conditions and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
* Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
* Identify construction issues, delays, and technical problems and implement corrective actions.
* Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability at site.
* Verify quantities and coordinate with the quantity surveying/commercial team for measurements and variations.
* Attend site meetings and coordinate with the client/consultant regarding project requirements.
* Ensure proper documentation, testing, inspections, and handover of completed works.
* Lead project close-out, snagging, and final handover activities.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.
* 7 years of construction experience, preferably with major contracting companies.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a Construction Manager / Senior Project Engineer position.
* Strong experience in civil, infrastructure, roads, asphalt, earthworks, drainage, utilities, and structural works.
* Experience working in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
* Experience with Saudi Aramco, SEC, Royal Commission, Ministry of Transport/Roads, or other major Saudi projects will be an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
* Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, manpower planning, and resource management.
* Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams.
* Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Office, Primavera P6/MS Project, and construction documentation.
* Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
* Transferable Iqama / valid Saudi residency is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, commercially aware, technically strong, and capable of independently managing a construction site and project team. Experience in road and infrastructure projects, including asphalt works, drainage, HDPE/GRP/RTR pipelines, fencing, road signage, steel structures, and associated civil works, would be particularly valuable.
