Job Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee construction site operations, ensuring timely and quality project delivery
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, designers, and clients
Enforce safety standards, quality controls, and project timelines
Provide technical guidance to site workers and resolve on-site issues
Prepare progress reports and participate in site meetings

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant site management experience; Gulf region experience preferred
Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and procedures
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Willingness to work on-site and manage field operations under pressure
