Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or accounting, along with proven experience in contract management within the construction or industrial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, prepare, and administer contracts, including commercial terms and project deliverables
• Monitor contract performance and compliance with financial obligations
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment
• Prepare contract summaries, variation orders, and financial reports
• Maintain organized records of contract-related documents and correspondence
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the construction or industrial sector
• Solid understanding of contract law, financial terms, and budgeting
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Transferable Iqama preferred
