We are looking for an Engineer by background who can confidently handle both contractual and commercial responsibilities and independently manage the complete commercial life cycle of a major project in Riyadh.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Engineering Degree – Mandatory
15+ Years’ Relevant Experience
Strong Contract Administration experience
Strong Senior Quantity Surveying / Commercial experience
Excellent knowledge of FIDIC & Construction Contracts
Strong experience in Claims, EOT, Variations, Payments, Final Accounts & Cost Control
Excellent Negotiation & Contractual Correspondence skills
MRICS / RICS / FIDIC qualification – Highly Preferred
Master’s Degree / relevant professional qualifications – Advantageous

DISCIPLINE EXPERIENCE

Experience in any of the following sectors will be considered:

MEP CIVIL ARCHITECTURAL INFRASTRUCTURE
