Description
Responsible for managing and administering all contractual aspects of construction projects, including tendering, contract preparation, review, and compliance. Supports project teams in contract interpretation, variations, claims, and dispute resolution to ensure company interests are protected and obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and administer project contracts and subcontracts.
Evaluate tender documents and assist in bid preparation.
Manage contractual correspondence, variations, and claims.
Ensure compliance with project terms, conditions, and company policies.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments on contractual matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in contracts administration within construction/contracting (preferably in KSA).
Strong knowledge of FIDIC and project documentation.
